Encore Funds Management (EFM) brings together Tom Camp, with experience in the funds management & property industries, and Bairnsdale Accountant Ken White, who brings extensive management accounting, auditing and financial administration.
Thomas L Camp
Tom has been involved in the retirement and lifestyle development sector for over 15 years.
A licensed builder, Tom is a director and owner of Freedom 2go Pty Ltd, which project manages several retirement villages as well as providing specialist services to developers and operators in the sector. Tom’s practical experience in residential construction and land development adds another important aspect to the Encore group. In addition, Tom is director and owner or major shareholder of the following related businesses:
• Gideon Constructions which provides domestic and commercial building services.
• Encore Living Pty Ltd which owns and develops retirement communities.
• Encore Property Management Pty Ltd which manages retirement communities.
Tom was previously involved in the finance and investment industry as a broker and a licensed financial planner.
A keen fly fisherman, Tom represents recreational anglers as a delegate on a number of state reference groups overseeing angling in Victoria’s high country. Tom is also active in his local community church.
Kenneth White
Ken has over 15 years’ experience in accounting and business advisory including several years with Big 4 accounting group Ernst and Young. Ken operates a successful accounting practice in Bairnsdale in Eastern Victoria. A Bairnsdale native with a young family, Ken is actively involved in local community and sporting clubs. He currently sits on the audit and risk committee of Bairnsdale Regional Health Service and the Finance and Audit Committee of East Gippsland Shire Council. As such, Ken is keenly attuned to the current and future needs of the community.
